Stationone Reg'd Kennels would like to announce that we are the "Home of the Miniature Labrador Retriever".

The Labrador Retriever is not the first breed for miniatures to occur. Standard poodle breeders saw it as well. They sold their miniatures as smaller versions of their parents and saw an increase in interest in the smaller-sized members. So they began to breed them to answer the demand. The Kennel Club of England granted separate breed status to the Miniature Poodle in 1910. We breed our CKC registered Labrador Retrievers according to the standard, however, in the past three years Miniature Labrador Retrievers have been occuring naturally in our litters. They are not runts and are the same size as their littermates at birth.

We kept the first three in order to observe their growth and health, and to complete eye and hip certifications.

Meet "Minnie Pearl", who was adopted to her family, and "Pinky", who lives with us at Stationone Reg'd Kennels.

30 to 40 lbs at maturity is average for females, while males can weigh in the 50 lb range. They have been seen by opthamologists for their eyes. They are balanced in their appearance and simply look like a smaller version of the standard Labrador Retriever.

Stationone Reg'd Kennels guarantees our Miniature Labrador Retrievers in a written contract. We also give references with current Miniature Labrador Retriever owners.

Stationone Reg'd Kennels would like to state that our lines have been producing Miniature Labrador Retrievers just in the last three years, and we are open to this remarkable development.

We have not produced any dwarfism in our lines and these Miniature Labrador Retrievers are occuring from 5+ generations of eye and hip certified parents.

This beautiful Chocolate Miniature boy is out of Gallery and Nuke, pictured here at 5 months of age(photo taken early April, 2010), and weighing in at 21 lbs. We will be tracking his progress with photos. His measuring stick is the Purina bag! "Tucker" is proud owner of P. & D. Cote.

Stationone is excited to see the future and highly recommend the Miniature Labrador Retriever for the next companion in the field, (as they are a great size for the boat), and a lot easier to haul out of the water!

We also recommend the Miniature Labrador Retriever for Agility, Flyball, Obedience, and as an excellent pet companion.

Stationone Reg'd puppies are Aptitude tested before going to their new homes to better suit you. All pups are raised under Alpha techniques creating a calmer submissive dog.

Adult Miniature Labrador Retrievers can be seen at Stationone Reg'd Kennels.
